2D Keystone Geometric Correction

2D keystone correction provides installation flexibility by correcting the trapezoid effect via horizontal and vertical adjustments up to 30 degrees. With it, the projector can be placed off center, allowing the presenter to stand in front of the screen without blocking the image. The projector can also be placed anywhere on a u-shaped tabletop without moving the table or putting a stand in the center.

Corner Fit Geometric Correction

Corner fit Geometric Correction is a flexible and convenient way to align the picture perfectly on the screen by independently adjusting each corner of an image.

MHL Connectivity

With MHL, you can use an Android smartphone or tablet to deliver presentations, business proposals and other content to instantly share your ideas. Turn small screen into big screen by mirroring documents, photos, videos and any other content in your smart device on the projection screen. Eco Blank Mode

There will be times when a projector is turned on without a display source, such as a notebook or classroom PC connected. To avoid having a projector running at full lamp power, BenQ created the No Source Detected feature, which lowers the projectors lamp brightness to 30 % after the projector has remained unconnected to a display source for more than three minutes.

Designed for use in classrooms and conference rooms, theBenQ MW705 4000-Lumen WXGA DLP Projectorhas a native resolution of 1280 x 800 and a throw ratio ranging from 1.55 to 1.7:1. This long throw ratio makes it a viable option for larger rooms, or any situation where the projector must be set up far from the screen. It features VGA, RCA composite, S-Video, and two HDMI inputs to support most sources, and one of the HDMI ports is MHL compatible for wired connectivity and playback from devices such as smartphones and tablets. The MW705 also has a VGA output for daisy chaining multiple projectors.

This projector has a built-in 2W speaker, so external audio may not be necessary if your audience is near enough to it. Also, it is compatible with BenQ's QCast wireless streaming with an optional plug-and-play Wi-Fi adapter, which will allow you to wirelessly stream media from your smart device. The projector includes a VGA cable, and is controllable via RS-232 or the included IR remote.

The Eco Blank mode allows you to blank the projection. When activated, this feature dims the lamp power automatically, lowering the total power consumption by 70%. Simply press the "Eco Blank Mode" button on the keypad or the "Blank" button on the remote control to activate.
SmartEco Mode
The SmartEco Mode adjusts the lamp power to maximize power saving by delivering the high contrast and brightness performance using only as much light as needed.
No Source Detected Mode
The projector automatically switches to Eco Blank Mode after being turned on for three minutes without a display source, eliminating unnecessary energy waste and prolonging the life of the projector lamp.
0.5W in Standby Mode
