Features

TheRM-P210Uis a CCU (CameraControlUnit) with full remote capabilities. Controls cameras up to 100 Meters (328 Feet) away from the base station. Enables ISO-CAM operation when used with the Professional DV GY-DV550U camcorder. Compatible with JVC as well as Sony 26-Pin CCU cables.

More control of the camera headMenu Parametersis possible than previous models. This allows more critical control from remote locations, such as a truck or control room.
Variable Gain Controlcan be activated and deactivated with a single push-button. When activated the Gain value can be adjusted in 0.1dB or 1.0dB increments up to 18dB.
AnLCD Screendisplays prompts to guide the operator through menu settings. Four programmableFunction Keysenable the user to access frequently used menu items.
Two Files(A and B) can be saved for system settings for instant recall.
FeaturesFAS(FullAutoShooting). FAS automaticaly adjusts the camera parameters for optimal operation. All the operator is left to do is Zoom and Focus.
When connected to the RM-P210U, theGY-DV550UProfessional DV camcorder will allowISO-CAMoperation, by making a simultaneous recording in the camcorder.
A standardSony 26-Pintype connector cable can be used when connecting a GY-DV550U camcorder. Minimal *internal jumper settings need to be adjusted when using this configuration.

ATallylight on the front panel lights when signals are received at the Tally input terminals on the rear panel. It illuminates in Red when a Tally signal is input to theTally PGM(Program) terminal on the rear panel or in Green when a Tally signal is input to theTally PVW(Preview)terminal. It flashes in Red when a Call signal is received from the camera.

The RM-P210U can be configured to operate with a RTS (RingTipSleeve) or 2-wire compatible intercom headset. An intercom level control is located on the front panel to adjust volume of headset.
