Shipping Methods

All stated delivery times are based on the respective carrier's program. Please add an additional 24 to 72 hours to the expected delivery time for order processing. NJACCESSORY.COM does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

  • UPS 2Day - within 2 business days
  • UPS Standard Overnight - within 1 business day
  • NJA Saver (7-10 Business Days) shipping +24-48 hours to process the order.
  • This shipping method is not available to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
  • This shipping method is supported by UPS Mail Innovation Services.

Not all warehouses support this shipping method; Orders may be flagged and we will notify users if the item is not eligible.

For HI and AK, PR, GUAM  customers, UPS can only ship via 2Day Air, and the shipping time will not be guaranteed. Any selection of a UPS delivery service will automatically default to UPS 2Day. No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday. Exact delivery times to HI, AK and PR cannot be guaranteed.

 

All orders shipped within NY (New York) will be charged state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax for NY orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.

 

Website Use

You agree to use NJACCESSORY.COM website (the "Website") only for purposes that are permitted by this Policy & Agreement and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface that is provided by NJACCESSORY.COM, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of NJACCESSORY.COM. You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Policy & Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which NJACCESSORY.COM may suffer) of any such breach.

 

Cross Ship

NJACCESSORY.COM does not cross-ship. All other items may be cross-shipped if the following criteria are met:

The customer first agrees to purchase the replacement item.

The same make / model item is in stock. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is a service paid to a shipping courier so they will transport your authorized return to NJACCESSORY.COM .

Under no circumstance will NJACCESSORY.COM cross-ship merchandise beyond 15 days from the original invoice date.

 

Gift

NJACCESSORY.COM offers complimentary customer appreciation gifts with the purchase of selected merchandise. On the product page of qualified merchandise, choose your preferred Customer Appreciation Gift via radio button and click the item's Add to Cart button. Both the product and the gift item will be added to your cart, and the advertised discount will be applied on the Order Confirmation screen. And, in case you forget to add a gift to your cart, an intermediary page will be promoted to provide you with a second chance. Gift offers valid only while supplies last.

 

Combo Special

Combo Specials are offered by NJACCESSORY.COM as a way of purchasing two items together at a discounted price. To take advantage of a listed Combo Special, select the desired Combo Special from the individual item listing and click Add to Cart. Both items will be added to your shopping cart, and the advertised discount will be applied on the Order Confirmation screen. And, in case you forget to add a Combo Special to your cart, an intermediary page will be promoted to provide you with a second chance. Only one of each Combo Special can be purchased per order. Offers valid only while supplies of both items last. Bundle Specials

Bundle Specials are offered to NJACCESSORY.COM shoppers as a way to purchase multiple items together at a discounted price. Only one of each Bundle Special can be purchased per order. Offers valid only while supplies of all items within the bundle last. If you attempt to purchase multiple units of a Bundle Special, be advised that items with a mail-in rebate will yield only one redeemable rebate offer (per the manufacturer's "limit one per household" provision). NJACCESSORY.COM cannot guarantee the compatibility of bundle items. Please contact the manufacturer(s) directly if you have issues or concerns regarding compatibility.

If you wish to return a Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 15 days of the original invoice date. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Components within a Bundle Special may be returned for repair / replacement only. Individual items within a bundle may only be returned for repair / replacement if an RMA number is acquired within the standard return period.

 

Product Tour

The product resources offered in Product Tour are provided courtesy of their respective developers. As such, NJACCESSORY.COM is not responsible in any way for the accuracy of claims, representations or suggestions made in these materials. Similarly, all compatibility or technical issues should be directed to the appropriate developer or manufacturer.

These resources are provided on an "as is" basis by NJACCESSORY.COM as a supplementary service to you, the user. We offer these resources to you strictly for informative purposes as they may lend valuable insight into products you are interested in and clarify any associated benefits.

 

Promo Codes

NJACCESSORY.COM will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our web site. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the NJACCESSORY.COM web site or circulated at events and through other means.

Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts, free gifts or complimentary "Rush Order" processing. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact requirements.

Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $10.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than $10.00 to redeem your discount.

 

Mail-in Rebates

For your convenience, NJACCESSORY.COM does its best to advertise any current rebates on our web site. Any use of these rebates is limited to the terms and conditions specified by the product manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding rebate terms and conditions, please contact the manufacturer directly.

 

Sales Tax

NJACCESSORY.COM charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to NY. NY orders are calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The taxes imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.

New York residents are charged sales tax of 8.875%

NJACCESSORY.COM ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. NJACCESSORY.COM may conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.

 

Software Return Policy

Retail Software may only be returned for refund within 15 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and unhampered with. Opened retail software cannot be returned for refund. If you have opened a retail software purchase to discover a damaged and/or defective disc, you may exchange the software for an identical replacement by contacting NJACCESSORY.COM Customer Service at info@njaccessory.com and acquiring an RMA number. All OEM software including the operating system is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed. Purchasers of this software are required to comply with the terms of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support. NJACCESSORY.COM is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.

 

Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased at NJACCESSORY.COM will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation of products may cause products to fail or not operate properly. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.  As a result, NJACCESSORY.COM will return any physically damaged merchandise back to the customer at the customer's expense.

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 15 days.

 

Technical Support

NJACCESSORY.COM does not offer any sort of technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations; provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at NJACCESSORY.COM .

 

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. NJACCESSORY.COM does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

 

Pre-orders

When you click the Pre-order button in the item description and checkout a Sales Order number will be issued at the Order Confirmation screen just as if you were placing a conventional order, but your credit/debit card will not be charged for your pre-ordered item until it in stock and ready to ship.

If you purchase an in-stock item with a pre-order item, you will be charged accordingly for the available product and the difference when your pre-ordered item is in stock and ready for shipment. In this instance, two Sales Order numbers will be issued; one for the in-stock merchandise and one for the pre-ordered merchandise. You will be kept up-to-date via our website and through standard Order Status emails to your account.

 

Back-orders

NJACCESSORY.COM does sell backordered merchandise. We will charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to your NJACCESSORY.COM login to alert you of the situation.

 

Order status

NJACCESSORY.COM will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your NJACCESSORY.COM ID once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.

 

Security

Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level of security.

 

Privacy

NJACCESSORY.COM respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. Unless you have opted to receive information, the only e-mails you will receive from NJACCESSORY.COM are updates to any recent orders and/or returns.

Your company information will be shared, however, with by NJACCESSORY.COM and its authorized vendors and suppliers.

 

Change orders

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call 1-888-282-1350 during NJACCESSORY.COM' hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (SO) or customer number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

 

Cancel orders

You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call (Toll Free: 888-282-1350 OR Direct/International: 1-732-917-7310.) during NJACCESSORY.COM' hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 7-10 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

 

Cancellation of Special Order items.

Due to demand for products, some items marked and advertised as a special order or pre-order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee since when you place an order we have to source that order which takes up time and company resources.  The 15% is on the total invoice for the sale.

 

Returns for Special Order or Pre-order items

There are no returns on special order or pre-order items even if said product is damaged or defective.  This is because all products are checked thoroughly before leaving the warehouse and the risk of damage or defect is negligible.  As a result, we can only return for exchange or return for credit.  Sorry, there are no exceptions.

 

Resellers & Exporters

We do currently have a reseller/exporters discount program available at this time. NJACCESSORY.COM currently already negotiates the best possible price for you, and offers these great discounts to all of our customers through our web site and over the phone (Toll Free: 888-282-1350 OR Direct/International: 1-732-917-7310.) Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we will immediately post them on our web site for you to take advantage.

Product listings

NJACCESSORY.COM will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. NJACCESSORY.COM reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow NJACCESSORY.COM to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit NJACCESSORY.COM to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. NJACCESSORY.COM will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but NJACCESSORY.COM will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

 

Product Revisions

NJACCESSORY.COM is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, NJACCESSORY.COM puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. 

This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. NJACCESSORY.COM relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, we will not be held responsible for product revision changes.

NJACCESSORY.COM reads all reviews before posting them and reserves the right to deny any review. 

Here are some of the things that can cause a review to be denied:

Purchase Agreement 

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from NJACCESSORY.COM ("NJACCESSORY.COM"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and NJACCESSORY.COM agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and NJACCESSORY.COM. Customer may issue a purchase order for administrative purposes only. Additional or different terms and conditions contained in any such purchase order will be null and void. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from NJACCESSORY.COM.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee 

NJACCESSORY.COM offers our Customers a 15-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except: 

7-days refund/replacement guarantee on Retail, OEM and some Open Box items. All other Open Box merchandise has a 15-day warranty period. All refunds will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee to reflect the current market value. 

Downloadable software may not be exchanged or returned for a refund after purchase. 

DVDs are non-refundable and may be exchanged within 15-days of the invoice date for the same item via a shipping label included with their original delivery. 

If you wish to return a Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 15 days of purchase. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Components within a Bundle Special may be returned for repair/replacement only. Individual items may only be returned for repair/replacement if an RMA number is acquired within the Return Policy period. 

Manufacturer Kits are different than bundles as they are arranged by the brand/manufacturer and will only have one item number. Warranty guidelines have yet to be stipulated.

 

14 OR 15-DAY TRY OUT PERIOD FOR CELL PHONE PURCHASED WITH CELL PHONE SERVICE PLAN. CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE WIRELESS COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT, SUCH AS CELL PHONES, FROM NJACCESSORY.COM AND WHO PURCHASE A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SERVICE PLAN FROM A THIRD PARTY THROUGH NJACCESSORY.COM AS PART OF THE SAME ORDER, HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRY OUT THE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE SATISFIED. IF ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT FOR WIRELESS SERVICE BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND THEIR WIRELESS SERVICE PROVIDER CUSTOMER IS ABLE TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICE (SERVICE CANCELLATION IS ACTUALLY GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THE WIRELESS SERVICE PROVIDER AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED) WITHIN 14-DAYS (HOWEVER IT MAY INSTEAD BE THIRTY (15) DAYS FOR ACTIVATIONS BY CUSTOMERS WHOSE PRIMARY PLACE OF USE OF THE SERVICE IS WITHIN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY (I.E. THE CUSTOMER'S SERVICE IS ACTIVATED USING A NEW JERSEY AREA CODE) AND WHO PURCHASE THEIR SERVICE ON OR AFTER DECEMBER 6, 2004) THEN CUSTOMER MAY ALSO RETURN THE WIRELESS COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT WITHIN SUCH SAME TIME PERIOD (I.E. 14 DAYS OR 15 DAYS AS APPLICABLE) AFTER ACTIVATION, WITH NO EARLY TERMINATION FEE, NO NON-USAGE BASED FEE, NO RESTOCKING FEE AND NO REIMBURSEMENT OF ANY EQUIPMENT DISCOUNT. To take advantage of NJACCESSORY.COM ' satisfaction guarantee, the Customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. Any breach of NJACCESSORY.COM ' Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of NJACCESSORY.COM ' refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

 

Warranties 

NJACCESSORY.COM IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY NJACCESSORY.COM ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY NJACCESSORY.COM . THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). NJACCESSORY.COM ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. NJACCESSORY.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. NJACCESSORY.COM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

 

Limitation of Liability 

BY USING THE NJACCESSORY.COM ACCOUNT, CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES THATTHE USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NJACCESSORY.COM., IS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE NJACCESSORY.COM WEB SITE. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT COMPANY HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

 

Recordings 

NJACCESSORY.COM does not consent to having any telephone calls recorded and reserves the right to terminate any call that is being recorded. Customer agrees not to record any call with NJACCESSORY.COM unless Customer has provided clear and conspicuous notice to NJACCESSORY.COM and has received prior written consent from NJACCESSORY.COM.

 

General Terms and Conditions

 

Orders 

An order is not binding upon NJACCESSORY.COM until accepted by NJACCESSORY.COM. We must receive payment before it will accept an order, except for those accounts on a Net Term basis. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with NJACCESSORY.COM. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest interest rate allowed by law, whichever is less.

 

Inventory Availability 

NJACCESSORY.COM cannot guarantee inventory availability. If the inventory recorded as "in stock" It may or may not be physically in stock or may have to be drop shipped from a distributer center. However, due to ongoing sales, available inventory at the time of purchase may not actually be in the warehouse when the order is recorded, because another order for the same product may have preceded it.

 

Multiple User 

Customer is solely responsible for management of all aspects of the account, including without limitation, ensuring that the Primary User and any authorized additional users is kept up-to-date and account information and account password security are maintained. Customer is personally liable for payment of any orders that are placed or charges incurred as a result of use of Customer account. NJACCESSORY.COM assumes no responsibility for unauthorized purchases which may be made using the Company's credit card or net term account.

 

Fraud Prevention 

NJACCESSORY.COM can only ship to location that were submitted with your initial application and confirmed. For fraud prevention purposes, if your billing address and shipping addresses are different, we must verify your shipping address. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have your shipping address listed as an alternative address in that bank's memo field. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is correctly listed in your NJACCESSORY.COM account information. To prevent delays in processing the Primary Account Contact should keep the shipping address list up to date.

 

Shipping Charges 

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your NJACCESSORY.COM invoice. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to NJACCESSORY.COM.

 

Risk of Loss 

NJACCESSORY.COM will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. NJACCESSORY.COM reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow NJACCESSORY.COM to sign appropriate documents on Customer's behalf to permit NJACCESSORY.COM to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. NJACCESSORY.COM will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but NJACCESSORY.COM will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transactions between NJACCESSORY.COM and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Except for claims for injunctive relief by either party, Customer and NJACCESSORY.COM agree that any dispute or controversy arising out of, in relation to, or in connection with this agreement or Customer's use of the NJACCESSORY.COM Website shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in New Jersey.

 

Severability 

If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable New Jersey law.

 

Waiver 

The failure of either party to require performance by the other party of any provision of this agreement shall not affect in any way the first party's right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Any waiver by either party of a breach of any provision in this agreement shall not be taken or held by the other party to be a continuing waiver of that provision unless such waiver is made in writing.

 

Entire Agreement 

These terms and conditions, together with NJACCESSORY.COM' invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between NJACCESSORY.COM and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between NJACCESSORY.COM and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.

NJACCESSORY.COM Return Guidelines 

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department Toll Free: 888-282-1350 OR Direct/International: 1-732-917-7310.  Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to NJACCESSORY.COM. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for NJACCESSORY.COM to process your RMA.  An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at NJACCESSORY.COM's discretion, unless otherwise required by law.  Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.  All items sold through NJACCESSORY.COM are subject to our Policy and Agreement.  Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

 

General Policy

Mail-In Rebate Policy 

 Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to NJACCESSORY.COM once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.

 

Combo Specials 

Combo Specials include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Combo items may be returned for replacement within their applicable NJACCESSORY.COM Return Policy Period. If a Combo item is returned for a refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if your combo discount was $5, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your RMA refund amount.)

 

Manufacturer Promotional Items and NJACCESSORY.COM Gifts 

Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. For example, a video card may come with a free game or a Blu-ray player may come with a free Blu-ray disc. To receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total. 

NJACCESSORY.COM may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.

 

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items 

If NJACCESSORY.COM no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) NJACCESSORY.COM can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) NJACCESSORY.COM can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 15 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

 

Quantity Purchases 

While NJACCESSORY.COM is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (3) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. Computer Standard Return Policy

Items covered by this policy (those products for which NJACCESSORY.COM states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 15 days only") must be returned to NJACCESSORY.COM within 15 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by NJACCESSORY.COM, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

 

A new, unopened desktop PC, notebook, or tablet PC can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a NJACCESSORY.COM error.

 

An opened desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 15 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at NJACCESSORY.COM's sole discretion .

 

The following conditions do not qualify for return:

 

        Any defective desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC returned after the 15-day return period;

 

        Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use;

 

        Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is missing any accessories or original product packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, manuals, and UPC code.

 

    An opened and used Desktop PC/Notebook/Tablet PC that is defective can only be exchanged for the same item within 15 days of the invoice date. For defective item returns after the 15 day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly.

 

    A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at NJACCESSORY.COM's sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to NJACCESSORY.COM to be authorized.

 

For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a refund or exchange as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed.

All television sets sold on NJACCESSORY.COM/NJACCESSORY.COM.Business are covered by this policy (unless stated otherwise) and must be returned to NJACCESSORY.COM within 15 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by NJACCESSORY.COM, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. NJACCESSORY.COM will be responsible for the cost of return shipping; please contact NJACCESSORY.COM's customer service department to obtain an RMA number and instructions regarding how to ship the product back to NJACCESSORY.COM.

 

This policy includes (but is not limited to) CRT TVs, DLP TVs, Home Theater Projectors, LCD TVs, and Plasma TVs.

 

Please note that due to the fragile nature of the projectors (Business or Home Theatre), we cannot any accept returns outside the 21 days return policy. All projectors returns request will be subject to 25% restocking fee.

 

NOTE: For televisions above 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURSof the product'sdelivery. Any damage reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by NJACCESSORY.COM. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. POS Systems Return Policies:

All sales of software licenses are final. We do not accept returns of software licenses. Software may require you to use a computer or other device meeting minimum system requirements, and you are responsible for ensuring that your computer or device meets software system requirements prior to purchase. Warranties

 

All products are covered by a one year parts and 90 day labor warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page. In some cases where the manufacturer warranty does not apply, products are covered by NJACCESSORY.COM or a 3rd party warranty may be purchased for an additional cost. NJACCESSORY.com carries both US and Import Market products which are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. On Imported Items, NJACCESSORY.COM will provide Limited warranty service on the products. Products for repair must be accompanied by the receipt or bill of sale.

 

International Orders

 

International orders undergo much more careful and strict processing, as well as payment verification. All orders are accepted after properly examined, so evidently, you can expect a longer waiting period for your product to arrive. Shipping costs may differ for packages shipped internationally.
