Return and Refund Policy
At NJA BUYDIRECT & SAVE, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide quality products that meet your needs. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, we have established the following return and refund policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
General Return Policy:
1. Standard Products:
o You may return any unopened, unused, and undamaged standard products within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
o To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bibi@jarvusa.com
to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
o The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation, to qualify for a refund.
o Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
o Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned items have been inspected and approved.
2. Special Order Items:
o No Refunds on Special Orders:
§ Special order items, such as advanced projectors, advanced photo and video equipment, and advanced conference room equipment, are custom-ordered specifically for your needs. As a result, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed on these items.
§ Once an order is placed for these products, it cannot be canceled or modified.
§ We encourage customers to review the product specifications and consult with our sales team before purchasing special order items to ensure they meet their requirements.
Damaged or Defective Items:
1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
o We will either arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
o For defective products covered under warranty, we will assist you in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been used, altered, or are missing components (manuals, accessories, etc.) cannot be returned.

Customized products, opened software, and items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.
Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be applied to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
Exceptions:

This policy does not apply to items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please follow the procedure outlined in the "Damaged or Defective Items" section above.
