Shipping policy

All stated delivery times are based on the respective carrier's program. Please add an additional 24 to 72 hours to the expected delivery time for order processing. NJACCESSORY.COM does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

        UPS 3 Day Express Saver - 3 to 4 business days

        UPS 2Day - within 2 business days

        UPS Standard Overnight - within 1 business day

        NJA Saver (7-10 Business Days) shipping +24-48 hours to process the order.

                This shipping method is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

                        This shipping method is supported by UPS Mail Innovation Services.

Not all warehouses support this shipping method; Orders may be flagged and we will notify users if the item is not eligible.

Not all orders qualify for this shipping method. Determination of eligibility will be made based on order weight and item dimensions.

        UPS Ground - 5 to 7 business days

        UPS 3Day - 3 business days

        Large Item Delivery and White Glove Delivery - 3 to 5 business days

        Truck with loading dock* - 3 to 5 business days

        Truck without loading dock* - 3 to 5 business days

        USPS - 7 to 21 days (Due to APO/FPO box size restrictions, monitors and televisions 19" or larger       cannot be shipped via this method.)

    * For orders with a total weight exceeding 400 lbs.

For HI and AK, PR, GUAM  customers, UPS can only ship via 2Day Air, and the shipping time will not be guaranteed. Any selection of a UPS delivery service will automatically default to UPS 2Day. No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday. Exact delivery times to HI, AK, and PR cannot be guaranteed.

All orders shipped within NY (New York) will be charged state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax for NY orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.
